Radhaji Charitable trust is a charitable organisation in the field of rural education and skill development operating in Mohali district of Punjab.. The trust is in operation since 1997, and providing services in the field of education. “Radhaji Charitable Trust Society” the name signifies, has mobilized its endeavor for growth of education with particular emphasis on education, environmental protection, rural development, women empowerment, health and human rights. Organization began with very limited resources as well as manpower. The organization aims to the society through capacity building of the people. But apart from this, “Radhaji Charitable Trust” has not forgotten to see the community is much strengthened with provision of basic human needs, minimum amentias of life on equitable basis.
The trust runs a school with name and style “ R.K. Public senior secondary school “which is affiliated to Punjab school education board , and serving the area since 2003.
The Trust provides highly subsidised education and transport to rural poor students. It is imperative to know that Derabassi area still lacks basic infrastructure for education and lot many children drop out at primary level only. Without providing even a basic level of education, we cannot think of a truly independent and developed Indian state.
The resources and finances of the trust needs to be strengthened to cover poorest of poor in the region to provide them education at least up to 10 th class.
The trust is exempted under 80 G and anybody who makes donation to the trust will get 50% exemption in their tax liability with Income Tax Department.
Radhaji charitable trust also works in the field of skill development where with the help of donors we have provided computer courses and tailoring courses to more than 500 youths and made them employable. Most of the youths are serving many organisations.
Through concept of corporate social responsibility promoted by Government of India your organization can join hands with Radhaji charitable trust in the field of primary and secondary education and skill development. This is to supplement the efforts of Government of India in this direction. To reach poorest of poor and make them relevant in our fast changing economy your contribution will become an example which other organizations can follow.
We have designed two proposals in the field of education and skill development. In the field of education the scheme is called “Adopt a child “whereas in skill development we are providing our expertise in various skill courses like Domestic data entry operator, MS office, Tally, Selling skills and English speaking courses of three months each, which can be provided free of cost to needy students with financial contribution coming from corporates and Trust as well. Infrastructure will be provided by trust and running cost may be covered by corporates.
You can contribute CSR funds in trust account the usage of which will be transparently intimated to
